Commentary: Rewards matched the ranking of the top teams really well, with 8 of those top 14 teams (according to the polls) ending up in the same place as determined by Rewards, with only #15 Washington being more than two positions away (they were #24 according to Rewards) with regards to the two polls. Georgetown was recognized by Rewards as the team that achieved the best season after they won the NCAA tournament (moving up from #4; the Hoyas were #2 in both polls at the end of the regular season) and the NIT champion Michigan Wolverines moved up from #34 to #28 in the final Rewards ranking.
