Important: Space is limited.  To be guaranteed a table and free t-shirts for your group, your registration form must be submitted by March 14.  Registrants whose forms have later postmarks will be permitted to register on a first-come, first-serve basis if space is available.  You will receive a confirmation letter by March 21. 

A confirmation screen will appear when you submit the form -- print off a copy for your records.
