For the above search statement find a total of 10 sources that could be used for your research: 

1.   1 - Reference sources (subject encyclopedias, guides, dictionaries) from SMC Reference (or electronic access)
         - give the source title, author, page number you found the information

2.   1 -  Book sources or (videos, maps, software) from SMC Library Collection or WorldCat
         - print out the citation record from the online catalog, or give the author, title, publishing year, and publisher

3.   6 - Journal, Magazine, or Newspaper articles  (use , Academic Search Premiere, Basic Biosis, Medline, Expanded ASAP, or any of the other databases listed for your searches)
   
        A. 4 of the 6 sources must be from a Primary Scientific Research Article.   Use the  CHECKLIST for PRIMARY Research article to review if the article is "primary."

        B. Print out the citation record of the article.  Write on the citation if our library carries the journal (YES or NO)

Remember: You must have a printout of the citation for each source

5) - List 2 points about the research process or this assignment that was frustrating or confusing

6) - Using Google Scholar http://scholar.google.com/ , determine how many other researchers cited ONE of your Primary Scientific Research Articles in their research.  Give the article you used from 3 (A.) and the number of times it was cited.

7)Important! - Organize and label each of your sources as described above.  These sources will be reviewed by your professor.
