What Divides Us?

Swarming or sub grouping happens. Over what issue? Perhaps the issues overlap. Here are some possibilities for what divides us:

1. Your concept of organization, of how an organization works

2. Your attitude towards XB (organization or class)

3. Whether you talk in class or not

4. Whether you are involved or not

5. The way you learn

6. Whom you like

7. How your value another person's input

Here are two challenges:

To speak frankly about what divides us.

To conceptualize what divides us. What propositions do we disagree on? This does not mean agreeing to disagree; it means specifying exactly what we disagree about.
