going to be accepted for any reason what-so-ever!
If printing problems occur you have only an hour to get it to the
ranker’s room and slide it under the door.

goals are not accomplished, please explain why under my actions and
consequences section.
Memos
should be in memo format such as single space with headings in bold.
If you want to use the chart feel free but it is not required . . .
