I joined the Saint Michael's community in the fall of
2001 having moved from Berkeley, California.
I have an interest in plants and molecular mechanisms and this is
reflected both in the courses that I teach and in my research. I
currently teach Botany, Cell and Molecular Biology, and, along with
Professor Doug Green, Bioinformatics. My research focuses on
the genes that are involved in transporting small peptides into plant
cells. My hobbies include whitewater kayaking, triathlons, and
viticulture. |
