Email 1

Dear Mr. Power,

I was writing to check whether the one-bedroom apartment that you advertised is still available right now. If it is, could you tell me about the apartment? You assistance is highly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Hung-Che Chen

Email 2

Dear Mr. Chen,

Thank you for your email. Yes, the one-bedroom apartment is still available. It is in second floor and the rent is $650 a month plus $300 security deposit you need to pay in advance. The electricity is not included, but gas and water. Both the heat and stove are gas. And you will have a sheltered parking space at no extra charge. There is also a view of Winooski River you may like. I think thatís probably it. If you have any further question, please feel free to email or call me. My telephone number is (802)-655-1111.

Sincerely,

Austin Power

Email 3

Dear Mr. Power,

Thank for your reply. The apartment sounds perfect to me. Could I come over to take a look at 5 pm this Friday?

Sincerely,

Hung-Che Chen

Email 4
