The NSF S-STEM program requires that recipients of awards
meet the following criteria in addition to selection by our
scholarship committee:
- be United States citizens, nationals,
refugee aliens, or permanent resident aliens at the time
of application;
- be enrolled full time in our
mathematics or computer science degree program at the
baccalaureate level;
- demonstrate continuing academic
potential or ability;
- demonstrate financial need, defined
for undergraduate students by the United States Department of
Education rules for Federal financial aid.
You must complete the application for
admission to Saint Michael's College as well as the
supplemental application for the NSF Scholarship program.
