1. IT Work Plans
Bill Anderson presented the IT planning process for
upcoming IT work and a brief discussion followed about various
items that appeared in the 2005 Oct-Nov-Dec IT plans (e.g., plans
for VPN, TWTW). Bill emphasized that the IT planning process is
designed to allow greater transparency about upcoming IT work
through a simplified flow of information.
2. eCollege
Creative Commons
A short report is to be presented at the December 2nd
Faculty Assembly on eCollege statistics and the eCollege
Creative Commons.
3. Faculty
Development Cover Page & McGrath Funds
The Committee discussed the new FDC cover page as well
as the involvement of the EdTech Committee in reviewing the tech
impact of FDC proposals. It was also pointed out that the McGrath
funds for FY06 had already been completely allocated.
