                        HTML editor—very useful.

                        Ease of use, calendar

                        Spellchecker

                        Core tool concept—not starting from scratch to build the course

                        Selective release

                        Single screen grading

                        Integration of SMC web pages into frames

                        Customizable to a great degree

Liked least:       Would prefer an announcements listing instead of a welcome page        

                        Probably would not use discussion board

                        Appearance—no colors or tabs for navigation tools

Comments:  Would rate #2 compared to Desire2Learn

                        Similar to Desire2Learn

                        Features are already available to us even absent of a CMS

                        Seems more flexible than Desire2Learn, but this could be a result of presenter skills

                        Would rate WebCT very high
