Only one faculty viewer had ever used a CMS before.

Ratings:

Customizable look and feel:        5 GOOD; 1 FAIR.

Moving around system:              6 GOOD.

Ease of use, learning curve:        1 GOOD; 5 FAIR

Tools: discussion, chat, etc.:        2 GOOD; 1 FAIR; 1 wrote “useless”; 2 didn’t respond

Overall impression:                    4 GOOD, 2 FAIR

Comments:

Navigation looks easy, intuitive; system seems flexible.

Bells and whistles wouldn’t be used (gradebook, chat, whiteboard)

Online quizzes trivialize my subject.

Not satisfied with the user authentication process.

Already have what I would use

Chat and all that is BS.

Liked the broken link indicators and discussion forums across related courses.

Reserve readings are not “modualized”.

No way to instruct users on how to scan or link to library reserves.

Dangerous to send personal feedback notes by mistake

Basically a canned web page but easier to use.

More features than I would probably use.

Not sure how much I would use it.
