The most important abilities required for success in the economics major are writing
skills, a willingness
to think critically,
and an interest in the world around you. There is no need to take a highschool economics
course.
You do not need to have been a math wizard in high school, but ability to reason
logically is very important. In a carefully structured way, we'll teach you the specific
math and statistics that you need.
