How do I access the reference list and grade listing? The References and Grades links are password protected. When you click on either of these links, you will be required to verify that you are a St. Michael's student by entering your username and password, just as you would if you were trying to access your email from off campus. If you experience difficulty accessing the reference list or grade listing, the problem is probably due to an error in entering your username or password. For the username, you must enter the domain name (i.e., mikenet) with a backslash: mikenet\username.
For example, I have to enter
mikenet\dboynton
for my username, and then I enter my password as usual. Be sure that you use a backslash ('\') after mikenet, because a forward slash ('/') after mikenet will not work.

When I download papers or handouts from the References page or Handouts page, the documents are full of meaningless characters. Why? This problem is most likely the result of not having the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download it for free at Adobe's Website.
