Julien Trevelyn was known mostly for printmaking and was popular in the 1930, recognized as a surrealist printmaker. He worked with Ernst, Kokoschka, Miró, Masson and Picasso.Trevelyn was head of the Head of the Etching Department at the Royal College of Art from 1955 to 1963.
