Final Web Task:How to get there, what to do |
| Tips for doing the tasks Christmas Traditions The tasks outlined on the pages in French will all be done in a Web site entitled Traditions de Noël en France et au Québec. When you decide to go there, simply click on the title in blue. The first page youll see (la page daccueil) has a Christmas tree, with different topics listed on it. Click on any one, and youll go to that topic. Youll find that the lower branches and the trunk have the most links to the broadest number of topics, and that starting there will eventually lead you to the topic youre hunting for. The links (text highlighted in red or green) take you to other pages on those topics. Simply click on one of them, and you will go to that page. It, as well, has links to yet more pages. This site is really a labyrinth of connected pages, so follow links liberally, and use the "Back" and "Forward" commands or arrows at the upper left of your tool bar to move back and forth through the pages. Most of your pages will not show up at first. Youll have to follow some likely-looking links to get to them. Enjoy the pages you go through before finding the ones related to your tasks! There are some wonderful illustrations that are worth spending some time on. You may want to return to the site before you finish your task, so be sure to make a Bookmark or Favorite for it.
